The Restful Retreat - sleeps 6 Duke UNC Chapel Hill

Very nice, cozy, and literally a home away from home. The host was nice and responsive. I will book again around homecoming time.

Overall a great value and the listing was very accurate. The condo is in a small community that is fairly quiet and well organized. The property is clean, the AC works well and the space is open and well lit. The enclosed patio in the back is a nice oasis although it can get hot during the summer so I'm sure can be cold in the winter. Appliances are somewhat low quality so if these were upgraded, this would be a very, very nice property for longer stays. 2 parking spaces and don't forget the permits. Great communication and Jenna was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. We'll be staying another week as our reno is taking longer than expected so looking forward to returning.

Our host, Jenna, was helpful before and during our stay. She communicated quickly with clear responses. The condo fit our needs well! Three weeks is a long stay for us and we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The area is conveniently located and felt very safe. We will definitely stay again!
